Share 'mashlib09 - registration fee'

I just wanted to get everyone's thoughts about having a small registration fee for the event. For the formal(ish) opening sessions, we'd like to be able to cover the travel expenses of the speakers and there may also be some minor costs with ensuring the venue fully meets our needs.
